How we clean
1. Rough clean: debris and heavy dust removed while the last trades finish.
2. Final clean: top-to-bottom detail clean of every surface.
3. Touch-up: a last pass before move-in or inspection.
Pricing
Post-construction cleaning usually runs $0.30–$0.50 per square foot, depending on how much dust and debris is left behind. Every job is different, so we’ll give you a free quote based on your project.
